Hi, I’m Megan!

I write darkly atmospheric romantic fantasy about dangerous magic, impossible choices, and the complicated ways we love each other.

Before pursuing my longtime dream of writing fiction full-time, I spent eighteen years designing and marketing products across tech, nonprofit, and consulting. I have a degree in environmental engineering from Dartmouth College and a master’s in civil engineering from Virginia Tech. (Careers can have plot twists, too.)

I live in Northern Virginia with my husband, two fierce-hearted young daughters, and a cat determined to monopolize my keyboard. When I’m not writing or chasing after my wild girls, I can usually be found fangirling other authors, attempting to solve every problem with trail running, eating PB&Js while watching people bake croquembouches, and longing for my very own sky bison.
